Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spine, a software-as-a-service product operated by trAIngen (“trAIngen”, “we”, “us”), a B2B product studio based in India. Please read them — they are short, and they are written to be read.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using Spine, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Spine on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and “you” means both you and it. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

Spine is a self-serve, modular CRM and ERP platform. You start with the modules you need and enable more as your business grows. New workspaces begin with a 14-day free trial — no payment method required. We continuously improve Spine and may add, change, or retire features; if a change materially reduces core functionality you are paying for, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Workspace administrators control who can join their workspace, what roles members hold, and what data members can see. Actions taken by workspace members are the workspace owner’s responsibility.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are priced per seat and billed through Razorpay, our payment processor. Prices are quoted in INR and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand.

• You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you before restricting access to your workspace.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Spine to:

• break any applicable law, or store or distribute unlawful content;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
• probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
• reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service, or misrepresent it as your own;
• upload malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practicable.

6. Your data

Your data belongs to you. Everything you and your team put into your workspace — contacts, deals, records, files — remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data in order to run the service. We do not sell your data, and you can export it at any time in standard formats. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Spine fast and available, but the service is provided “as is”and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and we will aim to do so outside typical business hours with advance notice for anything significant.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trAIngen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of Spine. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continued use of Spine after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
